Ingredients: (for one salad)
1 tub of MANGO & PASSION FRUIT SORBETTO by Ferretti 200ml
20 cooked peeled prawns (defrosted)
25g mixed salad
5 halved cherry tomatoes
Half an avocado, sliced
4 cucumber slices
Half a grated carrot
Flax seeds, 1 tsp.
Salt, Pepper, Vinegar and Olive oil – to taste
Decoration:
– 1 basil or parsley leaf

Elaboration:
– In a bowl, place the salad leaves, decorate with the chopped tomatoes, cucumber slices, avocado pieces, grated carrot and flax seeds.
– Add the drained cooked prawns.
– Scoop out the mango sorbet with a ball scoop and place them on the salad and, finally, dress with the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper, to taste.
– Garnish with a basil or parsley leaf.

 

Tips & Tricks
We can crown the dish with some red fruits such as raspberries or strawberries to make it tastier and more attractive.
